All Blossoms By Marlena pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Shipping time is not accounted for in the 3-5 weeks of production, so please plan accordingly — all pieces ship Priority Via USPS in the United States. Rush shipping/production is available for an additional fee. Please Contact us via email before placing your order so we can be sure to accommodate your needs.
International shipping rates apply to all orders outside of the US and can be previewed at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
Customs fees/taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Our items might have a scent from our studio. I love having candles around and sometimes the smell transfer. please feel free to contact me in case of allergies.

I don't Accept returns, Exchanges or Cancellations.
The Nature of our Product it's 99% of the time custom made. .
I don't accept returns or Exchanges.
And If I do Accept a return I will collect 15% fee from the total purchase. But is A NO if the item has been used.
We hold a Re- Stock fee, this to protect ourselves from scams. Due to the nature of the product you acquired, the shop takes 15% for restock purposes. Since this items are custom made such as colors and finish/Details. We get the fee to cover the expenses that putting them back for sale will cost.
Material
We use 100% wool felt, 50% blended wool felt and 35% wool blended felt, as weel Sinamay Fabric, Silk Abaca and Tulle.
