All Blossoms By Marlena pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Shipping time is not accounted for in the 3-5 weeks of production, so please plan accordingly — all pieces ship Priority Via USPS in the United States. Rush shipping/production is available for an additional fee. Please  Contact us via email before placing your order so we can be sure to accommodate your needs.

Please note that all felted elements are individually handmade. Due to the nature of the hand-felting process, slight variations in size, shape, texture, color placement, and overall appearance may occur from piece to piece.

While every effort is made to create items that closely match the original design and listing photos, exact duplication is not possible with handcrafted felted work. These variations are a normal and expected characteristic of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
